EBNY Developments Unveils “Waves Complex”: Its New project in New Nozha with EGP 7 Bn Sales
During a grand celebration at the Kempinski Hotel, attended by media figures, leaders, statesmen, marketing and real estate development companies, clients, and investors, EBNY Developments officially launched the Waves Complex project in Cairo’s New Nozha area, Invest-Gate reports.
The project boasts a sales value of EGP 7 bn and has opened reservations for the first phase of commercial, administrative, and medical units.
This project is part of EBNY Developments’ extensive investment plan in the real estate market this year, encompassing a range of diverse projects with a total investment volume of EGP 10 bn. The company aims to diversify its real estate offerings, including residential, commercial, medical, hotel, and entertainment properties.
Abdallah Kamel, Chairman of EBNY Developments, emphasized that the Waves Complex will make a significant impact on both the real estate market in general and the region in particular. Situated in the eastern part of Cairo, in the New Nozha area along the Suez Bridge axis, the project is strategically located near Cairo Airport, which provides comprehensive services to both local and international travelers.
Moreover, the investment volume in the Waves Complex project amounts to EGP 5 bn and is expected to create numerous employment opportunities for young people.
Kamel further mentioned that EBNY Developments organized a competition among design companies to select the best one capable of implementing a unique design that deviates from the conventional norms of the real estate market. Criteria Design Group office was chosen for its engineering designs, presenting innovative ideas that aligned with EBNY Developments’ vision in offering a distinctive real estate product.
Waves Complex project serves various areas including Heliopolis, Nasr City, Sheraton Residences, El Nozha, Joseph Tito, Gesr El Suez, Taha Hussein Axis, and Al Shams Club. Its strategic location near major axes ensures easy accessibility. Covering an area of 105,000 sqm, the project comprises a commercial, administrative, and medical complex and is considered the largest and most significant commercial mall in the New Nozha area. It features a ground floor and seven additional floors.
