Ebny Real Estate Development contracts with “Sabour” to supervise the implementation of the “Green Avenue” project in New Sohag

Ebny Real Estate Development and Investment Company announced its contract with the consulting engineer Hussein Sabbour Company to supervise the implementation of the “Green Avenue” project in the new city of Sohag.

The contract was signed by Dr. Abdullah Kamel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ebni for Real Estate Investment and Development and a member of the Egyptian Businessmen Association and the American Chamber of Commerce, and Eng. Omar Sabbour, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consulting Engineer Hussein Sabbour Company, in the presence of Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, a development advisor Real estate in my company, along with a group of leaders of the two companies.

Dr. “Abdullah Kamel” stated that “Ebni Real Estate Development”’s contract with “Sabbour” comes from the premise of achieving the goals we aspire to by creating a unique and distinguished real estate product of civilized and societal value, and contributing positively and effectively to building the new city of Sohag, expressing his happiness. In cooperation with the Consulting Engineer Company, Hussein Sabbour, as the most distinguished and specialized in his field, with more than 60 years of experience and previous business in more than 11 countries.
He referred to the agreement with Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Vice-President of the Egyptian Businessmen Association, Head of the Construction and Building Committee, and President of the Egyptian-Lebanese Businessmen Association, to assume the duties of the real estate development consultant for the company.
The project was also assigned to one of the largest engineering offices in Egypt, the “Muharram Bakhoum” office, to develop the best and finest concept for the project.
He stressed that these contracts represent a major qualitative leap in favor of my son’s projects, especially the project of the new city of Sohag, to be one of the most distinguished urban projects in it.

He explained, “Dr. Abdullah “The Green Avenue project is located on an area of ​​20 acres, and is an integrated residential compound divided into villas, residential buildings, hotel apartments, and a commercial and entertainment mall, taking into account that the largest area of ​​the project is green areas and interspersed with water spaces.

He pointed out, “Dr. Abdullah Kamel pointed out that the new city of Sohag is considered the next future of the governorate, given its strategic location, which was helped by the road network that linked it to the mother city of Sohag with a length of 8.3 km, as well as the Sohag International Airport road, which is 7.5 km long, and the road passing in front of the city with a length of 14 km. As well as its strong infrastructure.

Engineer Omar Sabbour, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consulting Engineer Company, Hussein Sabbour, said that it is not the first deal with “Ebni” company, as our company has previously contracted to provide consulting engineering services for the project to establish an administrative mall.
Sabbour explained that the consulting engineer company Hussein Sabbour will supervise the implementation of all phases of the Sohag complex project by ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved engineering drawings and designs, and closely supervising the manufacture of a high quality real estate product, and obligating the project contractor to schedule the implementation stages. .

He stressed that the interest in proper urban planning and the establishment of many development and urban projects in Upper Egypt is a positive trend from the state and the private sector, noting that the “Sabour” office pays great attention to contributing in the areas of urban development, infrastructure projects and real estate investment in Upper Egypt, as it has contributed to many projects in Upper Egypt’s cities and governorates, including Industrial Development Authority projects in Qena Governorate
Sabbour added: “We also look forward to supervising more development projects in the rest of Egypt’s cities and governorates, especially those that did not previously receive much attention from the private sector, as in the major cities of Cairo, Alexandria and others.
